We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced cardiology team in a patient-centered, high-quality clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Manage follow-up and chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans under physician collaboration
- Review diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory results
- Educate patients regarding cardiovascular health and preventive care
- Document accurately within the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and referring providers to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Arizona NP license
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP preferred)
- Cardiology experience preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- EMR proficiency required
