Clinical Volume & Call
Call Schedule
- 1:4 STEMI call rotation
- Manageable call burden with strong physician backup support
- Collaborative cardiovascular team environment that promotes work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
Financial Package
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary for the first 18 months
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $50,000 in relocation assistance for physicians relocating to Washington County, Maryland
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and CME support
- J1 and H1B eligible

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
