Description
Job DescriptionThe Opportunity: Build Your Vision with Hospital Backing
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to establish, lead, and grow a comprehensive ENT service line. This is a rare chance to step into a market with overwhelming community demand, zero local competition, and the financial stability of a hospital-employed model.
If you are looking for the autonomy to design a practice tailored to your clinical interests-without the financial risks of private practice-this is the opportunity for you.
Quick Facts: Practice & Lifestyle
- Clinical Breakdown: Spend approximately 3 days in the OR and 2 days in the clinic per week, with an expected clinic volume of about 40 patients per day.
- Schedule & Call: Enjoy flexible scheduling options and a highly manageable call requirement of only 10 days per month.
- Facility & Technology: Practice in a beautiful, modern hospital (built in 2013) equipped with a Da Vinci Xi robotic platform, Cerner EMR in the main hospital and Athena EMR in the clinic.
Your Practice, Your Scope
Enjoy a thriving, bread-and-butter ENT practice with immediate dedicated OR block time and an attached medical office building for seamless clinic access. You have complete flexibility to shape your case mix:
- Core Procedures: Comprehensive ENT care, thyroid surgery, sinus surgery, tracheostomies, and endoscopic procedures.
- Subspecialty Growth: Full administrative support to build out facial plastic surgery, allergy services, advanced sinus procedures, or a sleep medicine program (sleep lab space is already available).
- Academic Opportunities: Optional participation in teaching our Internal Medicine residents.
- Streamlined Logistics: All surgeries are performed exclusively at the hospital-no travel .
Built-In Success: A Massive Referral Engine
You will not have to wait to build a patient panel. Step into an immediate, high-volume practice fueled by an incredibly robust and loyal referral network:
- 15 Hospital-employed primary care providers.
- 15+ Independent primary care providers and APPs in a large local group.
- Strong partnerships with a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and surrounding community organizations.
Modern Facilities & Comprehensive Support
Practice in a beautiful, modern hospital featuring 10 spacious operating suites. You will be supported by:
- 24/7 Anesthesia physician coverage.
- Hospital-employed Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist teams to manage admissions.
- An active, multidisciplinary tumor board.
- Contracted laser technology access when required.
Lucrative Compensation & Benefits
We provide a highly competitive financial package designed to reward your expertise, productivity, and leadership.
- High Earning Potential: Competitive base salary paired with lucrative productivity incentives.
- Generous Perks: Substantial sign-on bonus and comprehensive relocation assistance.
- Total Rewards: Full comprehensive benefits package and professional liability insurance (including tail coverage).
- Immigration Support: Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
The Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (Fellowship training is preferred but not required).
- Comfortable managing a busy bread-and-butter ENT caseload.
- Entrepreneurial, collegial, and excited about the prospect of building a service line from the ground up.
- Committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Take the next step: If you are ready to elevate your career while making a lasting, positive impact in our community, we invite you to apply today.
