Position Details
- Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist
- Full-service clinical and interventional cardiology practice
- Blend of clinic, hospital rounding, and cath lab procedures
Exceptional Support Structure
- True 1:1 physician support model: Dedicated Medical Assistant & Dedicated executive secretary
- Six advanced practice providers supporting inpatient and outpatient care
- Dedicated night and weekend NP coverage to minimize non-emergent interruptions
Call Schedule
- Current call: 1:4 rotation
- Strong NP triage system and inpatient support infrastructure
- On-site cardiothoracic surgery backup for complex cases
Research Opportunities
- Maintain academic involvement without sacrificing compensation.

Compensation & Benefits
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonuses, sign-on bonus, or fellowship stipend available.
- Partnership opportunity as early as Year 2 with complete referral autonomy and an entrepreneurial compensation model.
- Exceptional earning potential of $1.1M-$1.5M+ annually as a partner.
