Hospitalist Physician Opportunity (Full-Time)

Santa Rosa Medical Center - Milton, Florida

Santa Rosa Medical Center is actively seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician (MD or DO) to join its dedicated Hospital Medicine team in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician to practice in a well-supported inpatient environment featuring a highly structured team model and strong clinical collaboration.

Position Highlights

• Role & Status: Full-Time, hospital-employed Physician Hospitalist.

Team Structure

Our program is engineered to provide robust coverage, reducing physician burnout and streamlining patient care:

• Day Team Coverage: 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Night Coverage: Fully dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage, minimizing overnight demands on the day team.

Position Requirements

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with dedicated inpatient experience.
• Licensure: Ability to obtain or maintain an active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
