Northwest Permanente, P.C. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible non-invasive cardiologist to join our Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. As part of the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington, you’ll join a team of 1,500+ physicians and 300+ administrative professionals caring for over 615,000 Kaiser Permanente members.
Our medical group is physician-owned and led, offering competitive salaries not based on individual services. We have board-certified physicians across 50+ specialties, including a regional team of 24 cardiologists with expertise in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural cardiology, advanced heart failure/transplant, cardiac MRI/CT, and adult congenital heart disease.

What You Can Expect
- An Integrated, multidisciplinary team including 13 general cardiologists, 4 interventional cardiologists, 3 electrophysiologists, 4 advanced heart failure/transplant cardiologists, 1 congenital heart disease cardiologist, and 10 affiliated clinicians
- Regional-leading STS outcomes
- Dedicated diagnostic interpretation time for EKGs, echos, heart monitor reads, and stress tests
- Practice mix includes 25% inpatient work
- 1:10 evening call with support from interventional, advanced heart failure, and electrophysiology teams Access to Public Student Loan Forgiveness program

Preferred Qualifications
- Subspecialty interest in non-procedural electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, or advanced heart failure (preferred, not required
- Experience with telehealth and digital health or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice

Compensation & Total Rewards
The annual salary for this position is $501,100 - $538,800 and cash compensation ranges from $567,800 - $605,500, depending on skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, extra shift compensation, call compensation, and other relevant factors. Our Total Rewards value range is $595,741-$696,000, reflecting the substantial benefits offered in addition to salary.
