- Advanced Imaging Cardiologist Position – Loyola Medicine
Description
The Division of Cardiology at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) Stritch School of Medicine seeks an Advanced Imaging Cardiologist to join a high-volume, integrated clinical and academic program. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized colleagues using advanced technology to deliver cardiovascular diagnostics across the Chicagoland area in a collegial, growth-oriented environment.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Advanced imaging focus, including echocardiography (with TEE), as well as MRI, CT, and/or nuclear cardiology
- Academic appointment with opportunities to teach and mentor cardiology fellows
- Opportunity to grow and expand the practice with an established patient panel
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality, evidence-based care
- Promote preventive cardiology and overall patient well-being through education
Qualifications:
Cardiology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Diseases
- In possession of an Illinois medical license at the time of appointment
- Advanced training in cardiovascular imaging with Level III certification in one or more of the following: Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (CT) and Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CMR)
- Experience or training in Nuclear Cardiology, TEE, CT, and Cardiac MRI required
- Additional training, interest, or experience in acute care cardiology and/or cardiac critical care is desirable
This opportunity offers competitive compensation and benefits package including:
- Competitive starting compensation between $159,000 - $985,945
