Premier Cardiology of Boca Raton is a private practice medical group focused on evaluation and management of adults with cardiac and vascular diseases. Established in 1990, the practice is one of the largest and most established cardiology groups in the area. Located in the heart of Boca Raton, it serves patients from all over South Florida, particularly from Palm Beach, Broward (Ft. Lauderdale), and Dade (Miami) Counties. Premier Cardiology delivers its outpatient care at its state-of-the-art office facility, which is conveniently located within walking distance from its affiliated inpatient site, Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Committed to providing contemporary, high-quality patient care, the practice offers a vast array of diagnostic services, including electrocardiography and ambulatory cardiac rhythm monitoring, treadmill and pharmacologic stress testing, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear cardiac imaging, and vascular ultrasound. Moreover, the practice performs a high volume of invasive, catheter-based procedures, such as diagnostic cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention, repair of congenital heart defects, transcatheter valve repair and replacement, alcohol septal ablation, left atrial appendage occlusion, and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, and stenting involving the carotid, subclavian, renal, mesenteric, lower extremity, and venous circulation.

Premier Cardiology is composed of some of the most highly regarded physicians in the community, having received their training from institutions such as Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Boston University, Emory University, Johns Hopkins University, St. Louis University, State University of New York Downstate, State University of New York at Stony Brook, the Texas Heart Institute, University of California San Diego, University of California San Francisco, University of Miami, and University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
