Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards
- Facilitate the Cardiologists treatment plan and collaborate with affiliate providers
- Ability to triage and evaluate patient with critical cardiac complaints under the direct supervision of the cardiologist on call and via appropriately documented verbal orders

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an approved RN nursing program
- Critical Care, CCI / ICU, and/or Cardiovascular care experience
- Valid and current Texas RN license
- Able to triage and evaluate patients with critical cardiac disease
- Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Specialty nursing certification appropriate to specialty area assigned
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Windows based computer skills and EMR experience
- CRT experience
- ACLS
- Able to coordinate patient care across various sub specialties and with affiliate providers
- Good knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic tests and medicines used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
