Practice Overview
- Private cardiology group with six cardiologists, including interventional, noninvasive, and EP specialists
- Strong hospital affiliation with an established referral base
- Procedural focus, including ablations, pacemakers, and device management
- Dedicated EP lab time supported by experienced clinical staff
- Collaborative environment with APP and MA supportfor managing inpatient coordination
Schedule
- Approximately two clinic days and 2.5 EP lab days per week
- Half-day built into the schedule for balance
- Shared 1:6 call rotation covering weekdays and weekends
- Nurse practitioners manage much of the inpatient volume
Compensation & Partnership
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary plus production incentives
- Two-year partnership track with projected earnings exceeding $1 million by year three

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
