- Invasive Cardiologist - Interventional
Description
Western Washington Medical Group (WWMG) is recruiting an interventional cardiologist to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate is board-eligible or certified in both general and interventional cardiology. Competency in general clinical cardiology and general echocardiography is required.
Additional training in nuclear cardiology and transesophageal echo is welcome but not necessary.
Clinical duties will include every 5th night standard interventional call.
WWMG is a physician-owned multi-specialty group based in Everett, Washington. We have over 90 medical providers ranging from primary care to most medical subspecialties and select surgical subspecialties. The Department of Cardiology has 8 academically trained cardiologists, including 3 active interventionalists and 1 electrophysiologist.
We perform all of our procedures at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett. The hospital and cath lab facilities are all state-of-the-art. All forms of CV procedures are performed, including complex high-risk coronary, structural, pulmonary embolism related, and peripheral vascular interventions.
Everett is located on the shores of beautiful Puget Sound in Western Washington State. The city is about 35 minutes north of Seattle. Activities such as skiing, hiking, boating, or city life are all easily accessed by car. Nearby school districts are excellent. Quality of life is outstanding. Many physicians live locally as well as in Seattle.
