Practice Overview
- Private, growing interventional cardiology group with a strong regional referral base and long-term ownership opportunity
- Full-spectrum interventional care with structural heart participation and autonomy in clinical decision-making
- Supported by 4 experienced Nurse Practitioners and 11 Medical Assistants
- Team-based model designed for procedural efficiency and continuity of care
Structural Heart Program
- TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and related structural procedures, with the ability to tailor your interventional and structural mix based on expertise
- Collaborative alignment with hospital leadership and specialty partners
- Program actively positioned for continued structural expansion
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Dedicated time for cath lab, structural procedures, clinic, and administrative duties
- Predictable weekday structure with a manageable call commitment
Compensation & Partnership
- $650,000 guaranteed base salary with a $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Earning potential up to $1,000,000 through production and partnership
- Partnership offered after year one with long-term income growth tied to ownership

Candidate Profile
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Experience or interest in structural heart procedures preferred
