Practice Overview

• Private, growing interventional cardiology group with a strong regional referral base and long-term ownership opportunity
• Full-spectrum interventional care with structural heart participation and autonomy in clinical decision-making
• Supported by 4 experienced Nurse Practitioners and 11 Medical Assistants
• Team-based model designed for procedural efficiency and continuity of care

Structural Heart Program

• TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and related structural procedures, with the ability to tailor your interventional and structural mix based on expertise
• Collaborative alignment with hospital leadership and specialty partners
• Program actively positioned for continued structural expansion

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Dedicated time for cath lab, structural procedures, clinic, and administrative duties
• Predictable weekday structure with a manageable call commitment

Compensation & Partnership

• $650,000 guaranteed base salary with a $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Earning potential up to $1,000,000 through production and partnership
• Partnership offered after year one with long-term income growth tied to ownership

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Experience or interest in structural heart procedures preferred
