Practice Overview

• You'll join a startup team with 7 Vascular Surgeons and incoming Interventional Cardiologists
• Work closely with a network of respected HCA-affiliated hospitals
• Benefit from a 1:4 call rotation to support work-life balance
• Perform procedures with access to Echo, Nuclear, PET, and Vascular studies on-site

Schedule

• 5-day workweek designed to reduce unnecessary travel between sites
• Blend of inpatient and outpatient duties with a minimum of 18 patients daily
• Flexible call schedule to optimize personal and professional time
• Weekend structure designed for a balanced lifestyle

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $550k with a $50k sign-on bonus
• Partnership track available after 2 years, with no buy-in required

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Preference for experienced candidates; 2026 fellows considered
