Practice Overview
- Join an established cardiology team within a leading academic health system
- Blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding responsibilities
- Average of 14 patients per day in the clinic
- Inpatient census of approximately 10 patients with structured support
- Collaborative environment with physician mentorship and team-based care
- Access to virtual scribes to reduce documentation burden
Schedule
- Full-time schedule with a balanced mix of clinic and inpatient care
- Shared call rotation of 1:5 weekends, allowing for most weekends off
- Predictable workflow designed to support long-term sustainability and work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $130,000 plus performance incentives
- 36 days of paid time off

Candidate Profile
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or eligible for licensure in West Virginia
